FIRST INSTALL NOTE

If your system shows a security warning

The macOS app is currently ad-hoc signed, not Apple Developer ID signed or notarized. The Windows installer is also currently unsigned. Your system may therefore be unable to verify the developer or publisher on first launch.

Verify the download before continuing

Use only the installer from this page, then check its file name, version, and SHA-256 in the download list below. A warning means the publisher cannot be verified; it does not mean the file has passed a security review.

macOS

macOS: approve only StellarFlow

Open the DMG, drag StellarFlow to Applications, and try to open it once.
If macOS blocks it, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and scroll down to Security.
Confirm StellarFlow is the blocked app, select Open Anyway, authenticate, then select Open.

Do not override a warning that says the app will damage your computer, contains malware, or is damaged. Download it again and compare its SHA-256 instead.

Windows

Windows: inspect, then continue

Run the Setup-StellarFlow installer downloaded from this page.
At “Windows protected your PC,” select More info and confirm the app name and download source again.
If everything matches, select Run anyway and continue through the installer.

If Run anyway is unavailable, an organization policy or Smart App Control may be enforcing the block. Stop and contact your administrator; do not disable SmartScreen or Microsoft Defender.
