StellarFlow v0.9.5-rc.1

This preview release improves the readability of desktop update notes and connects the website's release information to the automatic desktop publishing workflow.

- The desktop update panel now renders Markdown release notes, including headings, lists, bold and italic text, blockquotes, code blocks, tables, and task lists. - Web links in release notes open in the external browser, and long notes can be scrolled within the panel. Download progress changes no longer reparse unchanged notes. - The website's download list, changelog, and version endpoint now read a shared release catalog at runtime. Successful public releases appear in the appropriate channel without rebuilding the website. - The website offers stable and preview download channels and retains available historical releases. Withdrawing a release updates its download availability and update channel together. - The website catalog and desktop update feeds are published together. Failed publication checks restore the previous catalog and feeds, and older jobs cannot overwrite newer channel versions.

This is a preview release. Users running 0.9.4 can opt in by selecting **Preview** in the desktop update panel; **Stable** continues to follow final releases. Markdown rendering takes effect after installing this version. Older clients will still display the source text when viewing these release notes before upgrading.

Installers are available for Windows x64 NSIS, macOS arm64/x64 DMG, and Linux x64 AppImage, DEB, and Arch. macOS packages use ad-hoc signing and are not notarized; Windows installers remain unsigned. On macOS, open the downloaded DMG and replace the application manually.

StellarFlow v0.9.4

- Choose from seven palettes: Light, Dark, Mist, Rose, Pine, StellarFlow Light, and StellarFlow Dark, plus the System option.

- Select a theme directly from the toolbar in both desktop and narrow-screen layouts.

- Remember the selected palette and restore it before the first paint. Existing Light, Dark, and System preferences remain compatible; the default still follows the system without overriding your choice.

- Add static input-field accents and a focus glow to the StellarFlow palettes, with matching accent buttons, code previews, and Mermaid diagrams. Theme transitions respect reduced-motion preferences.

StellarFlow v0.9.3

- This entry summarizes the main changes after 0.8.20 through 0.9.3 for users upgrading directly from an older release.

- Older releases without the updater, including 0.8.20 and 0.8.21, require a one-time manual installation of 0.9.3 from the download center. Intermediate versions are not required. Future releases can be installed through the client update panel.

- The desktop client adds stable and preview update channels with version details, release notes, download progress, and retries. Installation and exit require confirmation; changing channels never automatically downgrades the app.
